What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and PayPal
as payment for your order. We also accept money orders for orders. With money
orders, we will process your order when we receive the money order. We no longer
accept personal checks.
How quickly will I get my order?
It is our goal to provide you with the fastest service possible. Usually, orders
are processed, filled and shipped within one to two business days. Regular
domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail
depending on your location. Please note that back-orders are processed when
the product becomes available, potentially delaying the fulfillment of your
complete order. We will e-mail you as soon as we receive your order and again
when it is shipped.
How long will it take to get back ordered items into stock?
We can usually get back ordered items in stock within 2-4 weeks.
Can I have my order delivered overnight?
Yes, but there is an extra charge for special-shipping orders. If you wish to
have your order shipped Express Mail, please call 1-866-325-2354, to make
arrangements for any special shipping.
Can I order by phone?

Do you take purchase orders?
Yes, by mail or fax (877-532-5721).
The purchase order should include billing and shipping information, address,
phone number, purchase order number, item numbers, and an authorized signature.
If I do not see what I want and need on your site can I still purchase it
through your company?
If you need a certain product you don't see on our site, just send us an email

sportvideo@ureach.com with a description of what you are looking for and we
will let you know about the availability and price of the item.
Does Sport Videos ship internationally?
International shipping is available to most countries via Airmail or Global
Priority service. Please contact us at sportvideo@ureach.com if you need an
estimated shipping charge for international service before placing your order,
otherwise we will simply calculate the least expensive air delivery method and
add these charges to your order.
What about if someone purchases one of your videos and the quality of the
video is poor, such as audio or tracking problems?
If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us
immediately after your package arrives. All claims must be made within 14 days
of receipt of order.
Is my personal information kept private?
